We walked from Biniaraix (the x is pronounced like 'ch' in chew in Mallorquin) up the path to the pass (fog - see next photos) and on to Cober at the end of the lake.  It was cold and incredibly windy.  Then it started to piss.  We abandoned the walk over the high route to Lluc (pronounced 'Yoock') and had to walk along the road.  After about 2 hours on the road we stopped at a viewpoint and Grant had the audacious nerve to ask some German tourists with a car for a lift for about 10km.
