Rogers retired from Flatdogs and his life as the doctor's housekeeper while we were there.  He had already decided to start up a shop in his village as the nearest store was 19 km away.  As a token of our appreciation of his help and friendship we promised to provide the initial stock for his store.  Dr Neil (who was the first Safari Doc and set up the scheme) and I delivered the goodies to Rogers' store - seen in the background as an extension to his house.
