The sheltered left-hand end serves as an overflow waiting area, and has the door to the men's ward.  The central door is the door to the main reception and consultation room, and the door at the right is the door to the dispensary.  Many ill people travel long distances to the clinic by bicycle for treatment, and many patients are brought to the clinic by bicycle by the local volunteer health workers.
