The door to Dr Johnny's surgery is on the left and the examination table and screen are on the right.  Note the scale for weighing babies dangling from a piece of bent wire and the bare-wired light bulb dangling from an unused fluorescent fixture at the top right.  There is no ceiling in this part of the Clinic because the leaking roof dripping on the rat and bat droppings on top of the ceiling dripped down into the rooms below.  Now at least the roof only drips rainwater into the building!
