out the pin positions on the bridge using the specially-prepared marking-out
stick also used to mark out the the nut pin
positions as well as the position of the c
notes on the baseboard and soundboard.
The marks on this stick were spaced to give exactly two octaves of
strings in 15 once (equivalent to a 3-octave spacing of 491.6mm).
Another set of bridges is being glued to a soundboard in the background.
