We don't just work when we get to the bothy - the weather was fabulously good and we stayed an extra night to go up two Munros to get some fresh air after completing the woodwork of the front section and starting the maintenance of the east porch door.  The photo's show Johnny cycling in supplies and admiring his carpentry.  The blue colour is now almost a thing of the past - when we asked the estate how they wanted it painted in future, "did they have any preferences?", they suggested the estate livery of green cuprinol to woodwork, a similar green to metal and doors with white trim.  Hence the changing external appearance - look at the later photo's and you can see all shades of green and brown - it's almost camouflaged!
