From Ngawal up almost to the top of Kang-La Pass

Ngawal  to Kang-La Pass elevation: 3680 metres to 5306 metres - Johnny made it to about 5,100 metres and Grant to about 5,000 metres with virtually no preparatory acclimatisation.
