At the time it was made (July, 2005) this was the best top level yet made!  Since then many more have been made and the level of workmanship has increased exponentially.

 

This shows the top level without it's wooden rings yet attached.  Johnny was very happy with this example!

In the background is the end-grain maple butcher's board bought at a Canadian supermarket which he used as backing for punching and cutting.  This had to be re-surfaced a couple of times because of the indentations made by the punches.
