Construction of 4 prototype Neapolitan harpsichords
Gessoing the Neapolitan stands. One of the front stands lies in the foreground, the ‘feet’ can be seen on the left and in the centre, and two of the tail stands are in the rear of the photograph. All of the pieces are still to be rubbed down prior to undercoating and painting.
